The value of the platelet parameters in evaluating the disease activity of ankylosing spondylitis

摘要: 目的：探讨血小板计数（PLT）及平均血小板体积（MPV）在判断强直性脊柱炎（AS）病人疾病活动中的作用。方法：比较和分析71例AS病人PLT、MPV与Bath强直性脊柱炎活动性指数（BASDAI）评分、红细胞沉降率（ESR）、C反应蛋白（CRP）、免疫球蛋白（IgG）、血红蛋白（Hb）等指标相关性。结果：AS病情活动组PLT均较AS病情稳定组和对照组升高（P<0.01）。AS病人PLT升高组的ESR、CRP、IgG均较PLT正常组升高（P<0.01），而Hb、MPV均降低（P<0.05和P<0.01）。AS病人PLT与ESR、CRP、IgG均呈正相关关系（P<0.05~P<0.01），与Hb和MPV均呈负相关关系（P<0.01）。结论：PLT和MPV的变化与AS疾病的活动相关，可以作为反映AS病情活动的参考指标之一。

Abstract: Objective:To explore the value of the platelet count(PLT) and mean platelet volume(MPV) in evaluating the disease activity of ankylosing spondylitis(AS).Methods:The levels of PLT,MPV,scores of Bath ankylosing spondylitis disease activity index(BASDAI),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C reactive protein(CRP),immunoglobulin(IgG) and hemoglobin(Hb) in 71 patients with AS were compared and analyzed.Results:Compared with the stable AS patients and control group,the PLT in active AS patients increased(P<0.01).Compared with the patients with normal PLT,the levels of ESR,CRP and IgG increased in patients with PLT increasing(P<0.01),but the levels of Hb and MPV decreased in patients with PLT increasing(P<0.05 and P<0.01).The level of PLT in AS patients was positively correlated with the levels of ESR,CRP and IgG(P<0.05 to P<0.01),and negatively correlated with the levels of Hb and MPV(P<0.01).Conclusions:The changes of PLT and MPV are associated with the disease activity of AS,which can be used as one of disease activity indicators in reflecting AS.
