    EV71感染手足口病患儿血清白细胞介素-37和白细胞介素-33水平检测

    The serum levels of interleukin-37 and interleukin-33 in children with hand-foot-mouth disease caused by enterovirus 71 infection

    • 摘要: 目的:研究EV71感染手足口病(HFMD)患儿血清白细胞介素(IL)-37和IL-33水平并分析其意义。方法:收集180例确诊的EV71感染HFMD患儿(观察组)和100名健康体检儿童(对照组)外周血,采用全自动血球分析仪检测外周血中性粒细胞和单核细胞绝对值,采用ELISA法检测血清IL-37和IL-33水平,并分析其相关性。结果:观察组外周血中性粒细胞绝对值、单核细胞绝对值、血清IL-37水平和血清IL-33水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);重症组EV71感染HFMD患儿外周血中性粒细胞绝对值、单核细胞绝对值、血清IL-37水显著平均高于轻症组(P<0.05~P<0.01);观察组血清IL-37与IL-33水平呈正相关关系(P<0.05);重症组血清IL-37水平与外周血单核细胞绝对值呈正相关关系(P<0.05);重症组血清IL-33水平与外周血中性粒细胞绝对值呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:EV71感染手足口病重症患儿IL-37、IL-33水平改变可能与手足口病发病及病情发展有关。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To detect the serum levels of interleukin(IL)-37 and IL-33 in children with hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD) caused by enterovirus 71 infection,and analyze its clinical significance.Methods:The absolute values of peripheral blood neutrophils and monocytes,and serum levels of IL-37 and IL-37 in 180 children with HFMD infected by EV71(observation group) and 100 healthy children(control group) were detected using the automatic blood cell analyzer and ELISA,respectively,and the correlations were analyzed.Results:The absolute values of neutrophils and monocytes,and serum levels of IL-37 and IL-33 in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).The absolute values of neutrophils and monocytes,and serum level of IL-37 in children with severe EV71 infection were higher than those in mild EV71 infection children(P<0.05 to P<0.01).The serum levels of IL-37 in observation group were positive correlation with the serum level of IL-33(P<0.05).In severe group,the serum level of IL-37 was positively correlated to the absolute value of monocytes(P<0.05),and the serum level of IL-33 was positively correlated to the absolute value of neutrophils(P<0.05).Conclusions:The changes of IL-37 and IL-33 levels in children with HFMD infected by EV71 may be related to the pathogenesis of HFMD.
