Abstract:
Objective:To explore the teaching effects of the curriculum reform of "ultrasonic diagnostics" in medical imaging major.
Methods:A total of 178 undergraduates in grade 2013 and 185 undergraduates in grade 2012 in department of medical imaging of Bengbu Medical College were divided into the experimental group and control group, respectively. The experimental group and control group were taught using the curriculum reform of "ultrasonic diagnostics" and traditional teaching system, respectively. The teaching effects and satisfaction degree in experimental group were evaluated using the examination and questionnaire.
Results:The scores of theory test, experiment skill and clinical thinking ability in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(
P<0.01).The satisfaction degrees of learning quality, learning interest, abilities of autonomous learning, solving problem, clinical thinking, scientific research innovation, communication, teamwork in experimental group were significantly better than those in control group(
P<0.01).
Conclusions:The application of the curriculum reform of "ultrasonic diagnostics" can play an important role in cultivating the innovative and practical medical imaging talents.
