    医学影像学专业《超声诊断学》课程体系改革的探索与实践

    The exploration and practice of the curriculum reform of “ultrasonic diagnostics” in medical imaging major

    • 摘要: 目的:探索医学影像学专业《超声诊断学》课程体系改革的应用效果。方法:选择蚌埠医学院医学影像学本科2012级185名学生作为对照班,采用传统教学方法;2013级178名学生作为实验班,开展《超声诊断学》课程教学改革。通过综合考核和问卷调查,评估课程改革的教学效果及满意度。结果:实验班学生生期末考试中的理论考试成绩、实验技能考核成绩及临床思维能力测试成绩均明显优于对照班(P<0.01);实验班学生在教学资源丰富、教学方法先进、激发学习兴趣与自主性、提高解决问题能力、提高临床思维能力、培养科研创新能力、提高沟通表达能力、提高团队协作能力以及考核方式科学合理方面的满意率均明显高于对照班(P<0.01)。结论:深化《超声诊断学》课程体系改革,可在培养具备创新应用型医学影像人才中发挥重要作用。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To explore the teaching effects of the curriculum reform of "ultrasonic diagnostics" in medical imaging major.Methods:A total of 178 undergraduates in grade 2013 and 185 undergraduates in grade 2012 in department of medical imaging of Bengbu Medical College were divided into the experimental group and control group,respectively.The experimental group and control group were taught using the curriculum reform of "ultrasonic diagnostics" and traditional teaching system,respectively.The teaching effects and satisfaction degree in experimental group were evaluated using the examination and questionnaire.Results:The scores of theory test,experiment skill and clinical thinking ability in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).The satisfaction degrees of learning quality,learning interest,abilities of autonomous learning,solving problem,clinical thinking,scientific research innovation,communication,teamwork in experimental group were significantly better than those in control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:The application of the curriculum reform of "ultrasonic diagnostics" can play an important role in cultivating the innovative and practical medical imaging talents.
