    血清维生素D水平与儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的相关性研究

    Correlation between serum vitamin D level and cough variant asthma in children

    • 摘要: 目的:观察咳嗽变异性哮喘儿童血清25-(OH) D3浓度,分析其与咳嗽变异性哮喘有关的血清总免疫球蛋白含量(总IgE)的相关性。方法:检测40例咳嗽变异性哮喘组、42名正常对照组儿童血清25-(OH) D3浓度及总IgE含量,进行组间对比分析。结果:咳嗽变异性哮喘组儿童血清25-(OH) D3浓度明显低于对照组(P<0.01);而总IgE含量明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。咳嗽变异性哮喘组儿童血清25-(OH) D3与总IgE呈显著负相关(r=-0.937,P<0.01)。结论:维生素D缺乏是导致儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘发作的重要原因之一,可能与25-(OH) D3对总IgE抑制作用有关。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To observe the serum level of 25 hydroxy vitamin D325-(OH)D3 in children with cough variant asthma(CVA),and analyze its relationship with serum level of total immunoglobulin E(T IgE) associated with CVA.Methods:The serum levels of 25-(OH)D3 and T IgE in 40 cases with cough variant asthma(cough variant asthma group) and 42 healthy children(normal control group) were detected,and which was compared between two groups.Results:The serum levels of 25-(OH)D3 and T IgE in CVA group were significantly lower and higher those in normal control group,respectively(P<0.01).The serum level of 25-(OH)D3 in CVA group was negatively correlated with level of T IgE(r=-0.937,P<0.01).Conclusions:Vitamin D deficiency is an important cause of CVA exacerbations in children,which may be related to the inhibitory effect of 25-(OH)D3 on the T IgE.
