    农村订单定向本科医学教育人才培养课程体系构建研究

    A study on the construction of curriculum system in rural order-Oriented undergraduate medical education talent

    • 摘要: 目的:构建符合农村订单定向本科医学教育人才培养目标的课程体系。方法:研究教育部、卫计委等关于医学教育、免费医学生教育和基层卫生的相关纲领性文件,明确订单定向医学教育课程体系的概念和内涵。比较分析8所医学院校农村订单定向本科医学教育课程体系的特点,构建新的课程体系。结果:目前订单定向医学教育课程体系存在的问题有(1)课程比例不合理,医学专业课程所占比例过大,基层预防保健、康复课程所占比例较小;(2)人文医学类课程所占比例较低,占5%~8%,远低于德国、日本、美国、英国、加拿大等国家的15%~25%。构建了包括思想品德、自然科学、人文素质教育、生物医学、临床医学、公共卫生和行为科学、人文社会科学以及医学伦理学课程等七大课程模块。结论:构建的课程体系科学合理,有利于专业培养目标的实现。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To construct a curriculum system meeting the order-Oriented directed free undergraduate medical education talent training target.Methods:The concept and connotation of order-Oriented medical education curriculum system were explicitly defined by the programmatic documents related to medical education,free medical education and primary health care from Ministry of education and National Health and Family Planning Commission.The characteristics of the rural undergraduate medical education curriculum system in 8 Medical Colleges were analyzed to construct a new curriculum system.Results:At present,two main problems were identified in order-Oriented medical education curriculum system.(1) The proportion of course was irrational,the proportion of medical professional courses was too large,and the proportions of primary preventive health care and rehabilitation course were too small.(2) The proportion of Humanities courses was low,which accounted for 5%-8%,and much lower than Germany,Japan,the United States,Britain,Canada and other countries(15%-25%).The seven major course modules,which included Ideology and Morality,Natural Science,Humanistic Quality Education,Biomedicinem,Clinical Medicine,Public Health and Behavioral Science,Humanities and Social Science and Medical Ethics were constructed.Conclusions:Constructing the scientific and reasonable curriculum system can be conducive to the realization of professional training objective.
