    分子诊断学研究型实验教学模式的探索与实践

    Discussion and practice of research experimental teaching model in molecular diagnostics

    • 摘要: 目的:以创新型人才培养为目标,对分子诊断学研究型实验教学进行初步的探索与实践。方法:对医学检验技术专业2014级学生(观察组)实施分子诊断学研究型实验教学,并将其教学效果与该专业2013级(对照组)传统教学法的教学效果进行对比分析。结果:观察组学生自主学习能力、创新思维能力、团队协作能力、文献查阅能力和论文写作能力培养等方面的教学效果均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:研究型实验教学模式在提高大学生的自主学习能力、实践应用能力和创新思维能力培养效果上明显优于传统教学,更有利于创新型、实用型检验技术人才的培养。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To explore and practice the reserch experimental teaching of molecular diagnostics based on the cultivation of innovative talents.Methods:The research experimental teaching of molecular diagnostics was carried out in grade 2014 students of medical test technology(observation group),and the traditional teaching method was implemented in grade 2013 students of medical test technology(control group).The teaching effect between two groups was compared.Results:The autonomous learning ability,creative thinking ability,team cooperation ability,literature review ability and training of paper writing ability in observation groups were obviously better than those in control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:Compared with the traditional teaching,the research experimental teaching model can improve the autonomous learning ability,practical application ability and creative thinking ability,which is more conducive to the cultivation of innovative and practical test technicians.
