Abstract:
ObjectiveTo evaluate the application effect of clinical practice teaching system of Surgery under the background of professional certification.
MethodsFifty intern students in the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College in 2016(control group) were taught with traditional teaching method, and 50 intern students in 2017(observation group) were taught with a teaching mode combining various teaching methods according to the standard of professional certification.After the internship, the theoretical examination in two groups were implemented using the same paper, the autonomous learning abilities in two groups were investigated using a questionnaire, and the results of which were analyzed.
ResultsThe average test score and autonomous learning abilities in observation group were higher than those in control group(P < 0.01).
ConclusionsWith the professional certification as the standard, establishing the clinical practice teaching team of Surgery, revising the practice teaching program of Surgery, strengthening the teaching ability of clinical practice of Surgery, and establishing the evaluation program of clinical practice students in Surgery can improve the clinical practice teaching effect of Surgery.
