    改良金银花配方标本保存液对兔标本的固定效果

    Fixation effect of modified Chinese medicine specimen preservation solution in rabbit specimens

      目的观察改良金银花配方标本保存液对兔标本组织清晰度、色泽、抗菌等方面保存的效果。
      方法用金银花提取液与甲醛、乙醇、水按比例配置的改良液与传统保存液甲醛以及乙醇做对比实验,从其组织结构清晰程度、组织肌肉色泽、防腐抗菌效果以及刺激性等方面,对比观察其固定效果。
      结果改良标本保存液与传统甲醛防腐抗菌效果相当,但改良液具有使标本保持色泽不变、组织结构层次分明且刺激性小等优点。
      结论改良标本保存液具有良好的标本固定效果,适用于展示标本。

       

      Abstract:
      ObjectiveTo observe the effects of modified Chinese medicine specimen preservation solution on tissue clarity, color and antibacterial activity of rabbit specimens.
      MethodsThe fixed effects of the modified solution mixed with honeysuckle extract, formaldehyde, ethanol and water, and traditional formaldehyde and ethanol were tested.The tissue structure clarity, tissue muscle color, anticorrosion and antibacterial effect and irritation of specimens after fixation with two methods were observed and compared.
      ResultsThe effects of two specimen preservation solutions were similar, and the advantages of the modified solution in keeping the color of the specimen, maintaining the tissue structure and having little irritation were distinct.
      ConclusionsThe modified specimen preservation solution has a good fixation effect, and can be used to display specimens.
