    脑梗死急性期相关生化指标与病情严重程度的相关性

    Correlation between serum biochemical indicators and severity of acute cerebral infarction

    • 摘要:
      目的观察脑梗死急性期病人血清中尿酸(UA)、脂蛋白aLP(a)、总胆红素(TB)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、胱抑素C(Cys C)水平,并分析其与脑梗死严重程度的关系。
      方法选取198例急性脑梗死病人为脑梗死组,另纳入150例同期非脑血管病病人为对照组,检测血清UA、LP(a)、TB、HCY、Cys C水平;以NIHSS量表进行神经功能评分,以二元定距相关分析法对上述生化指标与NIHSS评分进行相关性分析。
      结果脑梗死组血清UA、TB、HCY、Cys C水平均高于对照组(P < 0.05~P<0.01);LP(a)水平与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。UA、LP(a)水平与NIHSS评分呈负相关关系(P<0.01和P<0.05);TB、HCY、Cys C水平与NIHSS评分无明显相关关系(P>0.05)。
      结论脑梗死急性期血清UA、TB、HCY、Cys C表达增加;UA、LP(a)在脑梗死后可能发挥保护性作用。

       

      Abstract:
      ObjectiveTo investigate the serum levels of uric acid(UA), lipoprotein aLP(a), total bilirubin(TB), homocysteine(HCY), and cystatin C(Cyc C) in acute cerebral infarction, and analyze the correlation of which with severity of cerebral infarction.
      MethodsOne hundred and ninety-eight patients with acute cerebral infarction and 150 patients without cerebral vascular disease were divided into the cerebral infarction group and control group, respectively.The serum levels of UA, LP(a), TB, HCY and Cyc C were detected, and the neurological function was scored according to NIHSS in two groups.The correlation between biochemical indicators and NIHSS scores were analyzed using the binary distance correlation analysis.
      ResultsThe serum levels of UA, TB, HCY and Cyc C in cerebral infarction group were higher than those in control group(P < 0.05 to P < 0.01).The difference of the level of LP(a) between two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The serum levels of UA and LP(a) were negatively correlated with NIHSS scores(P < 0.01 and P < 0.05), and there were not obvious correlation between the serum levels of TB, HCY, Cyc C and NIHSS scores(P>0.05).
      ConclusionsThe serum levels of UA, TB, HCY and Cyc C increase in acute cerebral infarction.UA and LP(a) may play a protective role after cerebral infarction.
