    肺康复训练对肺癌化疗病人肺功能、癌因性疲乏及生活质量的影响

    Effect of pulmonary rehabilitation training on lung function, cancer-related fatigue and quality of life of lung cancer patients treated with chemotherapy

      目的探究肺康复训练对肺癌化疗病人肺功能、癌因性疲乏(CRF)及生活质量的影响。
      方法将行手术治疗并接受化疗的120例肺癌病人随机分为观察组与对照组,各60例。对照组给予常规医院护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合肺康复训练干预,比较2组6 min行走距离(6MWD)、Borg呼吸困难评分、肺功能指标改善情况及CRF程度、癌症生命质量核心问卷(EORTC QLQ-C30)评分。
      结果干预后,2组病人6WMT距离、Borg呼吸困难评分、肺功能指标及PFS评分均较干预前改善(P < 0.05~P < 0.01),且观察组改善情况均优于对照组(P < 0.01);干预后,2组病人除经济困难评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,观察组生活质量评分均高于对照组(P < 0.05~P < 0.01)。
      结论肺癌化疗病人给予肺康复训练干预可有效改善病人呼吸困难症状,提高运动耐力,增强肺功能,改善CRF及生活质量。

       

      Abstract:
      ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of pulmonary rehabilitation training on lung function, cancer-induced fatigue(CRF) and quality of life of lung cancer patients treated with chemotherapy.
      MethodsOne hundred and twenty lung cancer patients treated with surgery and chemotherapy were randomly divided into the observation group and control group(60 cases each group).The control group was nursed with routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given pulmonary rehabilitation training intervention based on the control group.The 6-minute walking distance(6MWD), improvement of Borg dyspnea score and lung function indexes, degree of CRF, and European Organization for Research and Treatment quality of life questionnaire-core 30(EORTC QLQ-C30) score were compared between two groups.
      ResultsAfter intervention, the 6MWD distance, Borg dyspnea score, lung function indexes and PFS score in two groups were significant improved compared with before intervention(P < 0.05 to P < 0.01), and the improvement degree in observation group was significantly better than that in control group(P < 0.01).After intervention, the difference of economic difficulty score between two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05), and the score of life quality in observation group was higher than that in control group(P < 0.05 to P < 0.01).
      ConclusionsPulmonary rehabilitation training intervention for lung cancer patients treated with chemotherapy can effectively relieve the symptoms of dyspnea, improve exercise endurance, enhance lung function, alleviate CRF, and improve quality of life of patients.
