Abstract:
ObjectiveTo compare the clinical effectiveness between laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy and traditional open surgery in the treatment of common bile duct stones.
MethodsEighty patients with common bile duct stones treated with operation were selected.Forty cases treated with laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy and 40 cases treated with traditional open operation were divided into the minimally invasive group (MIE group) and control group, respectively. The operation effects were compared between two groups.
ResultsAll surgeries of 80 cases were successful. The difference of the operation time between two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05).The bleeding volume, postoperative exhausting time and time of hospitalization MIE group were significantly better than those in control group (P < 0.01), and the difference of the incidence rate of complications was not statistically significant (P>0.05).
ConclusionsThe laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy in treating common bile duct stones is less bleeding volume, short postoperative gastrointestinal exhaustion time, less hospitalization time and less postoperative complications, which is a safe and effective method in the treatment of common bile duct stones in clinic
