    Reliability and validity of Chinese version of the nurses self-concept instrument in nursing undergraduates

      目的汉化英文版护士自我概念量表,形成中文版护士自我概念量表,并检验该量表在护理本科生中的信度和效度。
      方法对护士自我概念量表进行直译和回译后,经过文化调适和修订,形成中文版护士自我概念量表,对1 284名护理本科生进行集体施测,选取护士专业自我概念量表检验效标效度。2周后抽取126名护理本科生进行重测。
      结果中文版护士自我概念量表包括照护、同事关系和领导力3个因素,累积方差贡献率为67.11%,且与效标量表间呈明显正相关关系(r=0.698~0.848,P < 0.01)。验证性因素分析支持了中文版护士自我概念量表的3因素模型。量表的内部一致性信度为0.742~0.918,重测信度为0.736~0.943。
      结论中文版护士自我概念量表具有较好的信度和效度,可以作为护理本科生职业自我概念的测评工具。

       

      Abstract:
      ObjectiveTo translate the nurses self-concept instrument (NSCI) to form the Chinese version of NSCI, and assess the reliability and validity of the scale in nursing undergraduates.
      MethodsAfter literally and back translating the NSCI, the Chinese version of NSCI was formed through cultural adjustment and revision.A total of 1 284 nursing undergraduates were tested collectively, and the validity of the scale was tested using the professional self-concept of nurse instrument as criterion.Two weeks later, one hundred and twenty-six nursing undergraduates were selected for retest.
      ResultsThree factors including care, staff relation and leadership were contained in the Chinese version of NSCI, which explained 67.11% of the total variance, and the scale was significantly positively correlated with the criterion scale (r=0.698-0.848, P < 0.01).The confirmatory factor analysis ascertained the three-factor model.The internal consistency of the Chinese version of NSCI was 0.742-0.918, and the retest reliability was 0.736-0.943.
      ConclusionsThe Chinese version of NSCI has good reliability and validity, and can be used to evaluate the professional self-concept of nursing undergraduates.
