    紫外-可见分光光度法测定可溶微针贴片中罗丹明B的含量

    Determination of rhodamine B in dissolving microneedle patch by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry

    • 摘要:
      目的建立可溶微针贴片中罗丹明B的含量测定方法。
      方法采用紫外-可见分光光度法,配制一系列浓度的罗丹明B溶液,在554 nm处测定其相应的吸光度,采用最小二乘法绘制标准曲线。考察方法的专属性、线性、精密度、加样回收率、检测限、重复性及稳定性。
      结果罗丹明B浓度在1.04~10.40 μg/mL范围内,与其吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 5);该方法的专属性、线性、精密度、加样回收率、检测限、重复性及稳定性均符合要求。
      结论紫外-可见分光光度法可用来测定可溶微针贴片中罗丹明B的含量,且方法简单、准确、可靠。

       

      Abstract:
      ObjectiveTo establish a method for the determination of rhodamine B in dissolving microneedle patch.
      MethodsUltraviolet-visible spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of rhodamine B in dissolving microneedles.A series concentration of rhodamine B solutions were prepared, the absorbance was measured at 554 nm and the least square method was used to draw the standard curve.The specificity, linearity, precision, sample recovery, limit of detection, repeatability and stability of the method were investigated.
      ResultsRodamine B solution at the concentration of 1.04-10.40 μg/mL showed good linearity with its absorbance (r=0.999 5).The specificity, linearity, precision, sample recovery, limit of detection, repeatability and stability of the method all met the requirement.
      ConclusionsThe ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used to determine the content of rhodamine B in dissolving microneedle patch.
