Application value of percutaneous trans foraminal arthroscopic tip shaping in lumbar disc herniation

摘要:
目的探讨经皮椎间孔镜关节突尖部成型在腰椎间盘突出症中的应用效果。
方法选择腰椎间盘突出症病人80例，均采用经皮椎间孔镜关节突尖部成型手术治疗。分析病人临床疗效、手术时间、术中出血、住院时间、并发症情况、比较治疗前后视觉疼痛模拟评分(VAS)、功能障碍指数(ODI)。
结果病人治疗后显效为35例，有效为37例，无效为8例，有效率90.0%(72/80)；手术时间(75.5±13.3)min，术中出血量(38.6±14.8)mL，住院时间(3.5±1.1)d，并发症发生率8.8%(7/80)；治疗后病人VAS评分小于治疗前(P < 0.05~P < 0.01)；治疗后病人ODI指数小于治疗前(P < 0.01)。
结论腰椎间盘突出症治疗中，经皮椎间孔镜关节突尖部成型手术的临床疗效显著。

Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the application effects of percutaneous trans foraminal arthroscopic tip shaping in lumbar disc herniation.
MethodsEighty patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated with percutaneous trans foraminal arthroscopic tip shaping.The clinical efficacy, operation time, intraoperative bleeding, hospitalization time, complications, comparison of visual analogue score(VAS) and Oswestry disability index(ODI) in the pateints between before and after treatment were analyzed.
Results After treatment, the obvious effect in 35 cases, valid in 37 cases and invalid in 8 cases were identified, and the effective rate of which was 90.0% (72/80).The operative time, intraoperative blood loss.hospital stay and complication rate of patients were (75.5±13.3)min, (38.6±14.8)mL, (3.5±1.1)d and 8.8%(7/80), respectively.The VAS score in patients after treatment was less than that before treatment(P < 0.05 to P < 0.01);the ODI patients after treatment was less than that before treatment(P < 0.01).
ConclusionsIn the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, the percutaneous trans foraminal arthroscopic tip shaping has significant clinical effects.
