Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the application value of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the evaluation of nursing quality of emergency department nursing staff.
MethodsThe Delphi method was used to construct the index evaluation system of nursing quality in emergency department, and the nursing quality in emergency department of a hospital was quantitatively evaluated using the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
ResultsThe index and weight of emergency department nursing quality evaluation system were established using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process, and the emergency department nursing quality was scientifically evaluated using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The results of the nursing quality of the emergency department of the hospital showed that the rated as "excellent", "good", "general" and "poor" were 32.0%, 27.2%, 22.7% and 18.1%, respectively. The sum of excellent ratio was 59.2%, which indicated that the nursing quality of the emergency department should be continuously improved.
ConclusionsThe fuzzy comprehensive evaluation can effectively transform the quantitative indexes into qualitative indexes, overcome subjective factors, and help to clarify the direction of improving emergency department nursing quality.
