    基于临床案例的多元化教学模式在妇产科护理学教学中的应用

    Application of diversified teaching mode based on clinical cases in the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology nursing

    • 摘要:
      目的探讨基于临床案例的多元化教学模式在妇产科护理学教学中的应用效果。
      方法实验组采用基于临床案例的多元化教学模式,对照组采取以传统讲授法为主的教学模式,并采取问卷调查和课程考核成绩评价教学效果。
      结果实验组学生课程考核成绩高于对照组(P < 0.01);实验组106名学生(91.4%)认为基于临床案例的多元化教学模式提升了总体教学效果,且108名学生(93.1%)希望继续开展多元化教学模式。
      结论基于临床案例的多元化教学模式是可行的,有利于学生综合能力的培养,教学效果较好。

       

      Abstract:
      ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of diversified teaching model based on clinical cases in the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology nursing.
      MethodsThe control group and experimental group were taught using the traditional teaching mode and diversified teaching mode based on clinical cases, respectively. The teaching effects in two groups were evaluated using the questionnaire survey and course examination score.
      ResultsThe score in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(P < 0.01). One hundred and six students(91.4%) believed that the diversified teaching mode based on clinical cases could improve the overall teaching effect and 108 students(93.1%) wanted to continue the diversified teaching mode.
      ConclusionsThe diversified teaching mode based on clinical cases is feasible, which is helpful for the cultivation of students' comprehensive ability.
