摘要:
目的分析宫颈癌根治术病人的术前访视需求及其影响因素。
方法采用自制问卷对青岛市一家三级甲等医院的218例宫颈癌根治术病人进行调查。
结果宫颈癌根治术病人的术前访视需求总分为（155.34±22.31）分，心理支持维度得分最高，其次是住院费用维度，环境信息和手术过程维度得分最低。多元线性回归结果显示文化水平、年龄和医保类型是影响宫颈癌根治术病人术前访视需求的因素（P < 0.05~P < 0.01）。
结论宫颈癌根治术病人的术前访视需求较高。建议护理访视人员根据病人的具体情况给予更多个性化和精准化的术前指导，注重心理干预措施的应用，降低病人的应激反应，提升病人就医满意度。

Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze the preoperative visit needs of patients treated with cervical carcinoma radical surgery, and its influencing factors.
MethodsA self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 218 patients treated with cervical carcinoma radical surgery in a grade A tertiary hospital in Qingdao city.
ResultsThe total score of preoperative visit needs of patients treated with cervical carcinoma radical surgery was (155.34±22.31) points, the score of psychological support dimension was the highest, followed by hospitalization expense dimension, and the scores of environment information and surgical procedure dimension were the lowest.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level, age, and type of medical insurance were the factors influencing the preoperative visit needs of patients treated with cervical carcinoma radical surgery(P < 0.05 to P < 0.01).
ConclusionsThe preoperative visit needs of patients treated with cervical carcinoma radical surgery are high.It is suggested that the nursing visitors should give more individualized and accurate preoperative guidance according to the specific conditions of the patients, pay attention to the application of psychological intervention measures, reduce the stress response of patients, and improve the satisfaction of patients.
