    医学大学生创新创业训练计划项目选题调查与分析

    Theoretical thinking and path analysis of strengthening medical students' innovation and entrepreneurship training

    • 摘要:
      目的总结医学大学生创新创业训练计划项目(“大创计划”)总体立项和各方向及领域的选题情况,对实施情况和选题进行全面探索。
      方法对2008-2021年上海交通大学医学院的243个国家级“大创计划”进行分类统计,比较不同年份、各个学生特征的项目数,对选题进行大类和小类分组,统计各类别的选题百分比及随年份变化的情况。
      结果五年制、中文班、临床医学专业的本科生开展“大创计划”数量最多,基础研究项目百分比远远高于临床研究和转化研究,且基础研究项目百分比逐年上升。更细化的分类得出,发病机制研究、建模/诊断研究项目百分比均上涨。
      结论医学生“大创计划”有利于在帮助学生专业选择的同时,更好地促进医学科学的发展。

       

      Abstract:
      ObjectiveTo summarize the overall project establishment and topic selection in various directions and fields of the innovation and entrepreneurship training program among medical college students("innovation program"), and to comprehensively explore the implementation and topic selection.
      MethodsTwo hundred and fourty-three national innovation programs of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from 2008 to 2021 were classified.The number of projects in different years and students' characteristics were compared.The topics were grouped into categories and subcategories, and the percentage of topics in each category and its change with years were analyzed.
      ResultsStudents from five-year education system, Chinese class and majoring in clinical medicine had the largest number in participating in the innovation program.The percentage of basic research projects was much higher than that of clinical research and translational research.And the percentage of basic research projects increased year by year.According to more detailed classification, the percentage of both pathogenesis research and modeling/diagnosis research increased.
      Conclusions"Innovation program" for medical students is conducive to help students choose their majors and better promote the development of medical science.
