    Expression of exosome LncRNA MEG3 in endometrial carcinoma and its clinical significance

    • 摘要:
      目的 探讨血浆中外泌体长链非编码核糖核酸(long non-coding RNA,LncRNA)母系表达基因3(MEG3)在子宫内膜癌中表达及其与病人病理特征的关系。
      方法 收集住院拟手术的子宫内膜癌病人30例作为观察组,并按照Ⅰ期子宫内膜癌病人的高危因素,将观察组分为2~3个高危因素亚组(A组)13例和0~1个高危因素亚组(B组)17例。选取同期因子宫肌瘤或子宫腺肌瘤行手术治疗的正常子宫内膜病人30例作为对照组。比较各组病人血浆中外泌体LncRNA MEG3的表达水平。
      结果 观察组病人血浆中外泌体LncRNA MEG3表达水平明显低于对照组(P < 0.01),A组血浆中外泌体LncRNA MEG3表达水平明显低于B组(P < 0.01)。
      结论 血浆外泌体LncRNA MEG3与子宫内膜癌病变及病理情况有关,有望成为其诊断及治疗的新生物标志物。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To investigate the expression of plasma exosomes long non-coding RNA(LncRNA) maternally expressed gene3(MEG3) in endometrial carcinoma and its relationship with the pathological characteristics of patients.
      Methods Thirty patients with endometrial carcinoma undergoing operation were collected as observation group.According to the high-risk factors of patients with stage Ⅰ endometrial carcinoma, the observation group was divided into 2-3 high-risk factor subgroup(group A) with 13 cases and 0-1 high-risk factor subgroup(group B) with 17 cases.Thirty patients with normal endometrium who underwent surgical treatment for hysteromyoma or adenomyoma in the same period were selected as control group.The expression level of plasma exosome LncRNA MEG3 in each group was compared.
      Results The expression level of plasma LncRNA MEG3 in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.01), and the expression level of plasma exosome LncRNA MEG3 in the group A was significantly lower than that in the group B(P < 0.01).
      Conclusions Plasma exosome LncRNA MEG3 is related to endometrial carcinoma lesions and pathology, and is expected to become a new biomarker for its diagnosis and treatment.
