    整合医学教学模式在急诊医学住院医师规范化培训中的应用

    Application of integrated medical teaching mode in standardized training of emergency medical residents

    • 摘要:
      目的探讨整合医学教学模式在急诊医学住院医师规范化培训中的教学效果。
      方法选取蚌埠医学院第一附属医院急诊医学住院医师规范化培训基地学员50名,随机分为观察组和对照组,各25名。对照组采用传统教学法,观察组采用整合教学法。采用问卷调查和实践技能考核相结合的方法进行综合评价。比较2组学员临床技能考核结果和教学效果满意度评价。
      结果观察组学员清创缝合术、洗胃术、气管插管术、留置鼻胃管术、心肺脑复苏术、病例分析能力得分均明显高于对照组(P < 0.01)。观察组学员健康意识、急救技能、科研创新能力、沟通能力、问题解决与分析能力、知识掌握程度、激发学习兴趣、提高临床思维能力方面教学效果满意度评分均明显高于对照组(P < 0.01)。
      结论在急诊医学住院医师规范化培训中采用整合医学教学模式有助于提高学员的科研创新能力、急救技能、知识掌握程度、沟通能力和临床思维能力,教学效果明显提升。

       

      Abstract:
      ObjectiveTo explore the teaching effects of integrated medical teaching mode in the standardized training of emergency medical residents.
      MethodsFifty trainees from the standardized training base for emergency medical residents in The First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and control group, with 25 trainees in each group.The traditional teaching method was used in the control group and the integrated teaching method was used in the observation group.The comprehensive evaluation was carried out by the combination of questionnaire survey and practical skill assessment.The clinical skill examination results and satisfaction evaluation of teaching effect in the two groups were compared.
      ResultsThe scores of debridement and suture, gastric lavage, endotracheal intubation, nasogastric tube intubation, cardiopulmonary cerebral resuscitation and case analysis ability of the trainees in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.01).The satisfaction scores of teaching effect in health awareness, first aid skill, scientific research and innovation ability, communication ability, problem solving and analyzing ability, knowledge mastery, stimulating learning interest and improving clinical thinking ability of the trainees in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.01).
      ConclusionsThe application of integrated medical teaching mode in the standardized training of emergency medical residents is helpful to improve the trainees' scientific research and innovation ability, first aid skill, knowledge mastery, communication ability and clinical thinking ability, and the teaching effect is significantly improved.
