    DLG1、DLG5在大肠腺瘤性息肉组织中的表达及临床意义

    Expression and clinical significance of DLG1 and DLG5 in colorectal adenomatous polyps

    • 摘要:
      目的探讨DLG1、DLG5在大肠腺瘤性息肉组织中的表达及临床意义。
      方法根据病理学检测结果,选取36例正常大肠组织、38例炎性增生息肉组织、45例腺瘤性息肉组织及31例大肠癌组织,采用免疫组织化学法分别检测DLG1、DLG5蛋白在各组织中的表达情况。
      结果DLG1、DLG5在正常大肠组织、炎性增生息肉、腺瘤性息肉及大肠癌组织中阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(P < 0.01);DLG1、DLG5蛋白在大肠腺瘤性息肉组织中的表达,在不同大肠息肉直径、息肉部位、有无蒂、年龄、性别及息肉数量等表达阳性率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);DLG1和DLG5蛋白在大肠腺瘤性息肉中的表达呈正相关关系(rs=0.784,P < 0.01)。
      结论DLG1、DLG5的低表达在调节大肠息肉发生癌变过程中起一定作用。

       

      Abstract:
      ObjectiveTo investigate the expression and clinical significance of DLG1 and DLG5 in colorectal adenomatous polyps.
      MethodsAccording to histopathologic findings, 36 cases of normal colorectal tissues, 38 cases of inflammatory hyperplastic polyps, 45 cases of adenomatous polyps and 31 cases of colorectal cancer tissues were selected, and the expressions of DLG1 and DLG5 proteins in each group were detected by immunohistochemistry.
      ResultsThe positive expression rates of DLG1 and DLG5 in normal colorectal tissues, inflammatory hyperplastic polyps, adenomatous polyps and colorectal cancer tissues were significantly different (P < 0.01);the expressions of DLG1 and DLG5 protein in colorectal adenomatous polyps had no significant difference in the positive rate of different colorectal polyps diameter, location, pedicle, age, sex and number of polyps (P>0.05);there was a positive correlation between the expression of DLG1 and DLG5 protein in colorectal adenomatous polyps(rs=0.784, P < 0.01).
      ConclusionsLow expression of DLG1 and DLG5 plays a role in regulating carcinogenesis of colon polyps.
