    基于信息化平台的授权教育在老年脑梗死病人中的应用研究

    Application of authorized education based on information platform in elderly patients with cerebral infarction

      目的观察基于信息化平台的授权教育在老年脑梗死病人中的应用效果。
      方法将96例老年脑梗死病人随机分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。对照组病人采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上采用基于信息化平台的授权教育进行干预,比较2组病人在干预前、干预12周后、干预24周后自我管理能力、自我效能、功能训练依从性和生存质量的差异。
      结果干预12周及24周后,2组病人自我管理行为量表评分、自我效能评分、生存质量评分均较干预前提高(P < 0.05~P < 0.01),且2组间比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05~P < 0.01)。干预12周及24周后,2组病人功能训练依从性评分均较干预前降低(P < 0.05),且2组间比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05~P < 0.01)。
      结论对老年脑梗死病人采用基于信息化平台的授权教育进行干预,有助于提升病人的自我效能并形成健康的自我管理行为,可以有效地减缓病人功能训练依从性的下降,从而提升病人的生存质量。

       

      Abstract:
      ObjectiveTo observe the effect of authorized education based on information platform in elderly patients with cerebral infarction.
      MethodsNinety-six elderly patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 48 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention, while the patients in the observation group were given authorized education based on information platform on the basis of the control group.The self-management ability, self-efficacy, functional training compliance and quality of life of the patients in the two groups were compared before the intervention, 12 weeks after the intervention, and 24 weeks after the intervention.
      ResultsAfter 12 and 24 weeks of intervention, the self-management behavior scale scores, self-efficacy scores, and quality of life scores of the two groups of patients improved compared to before intervention (P < 0.05 to P < 0.01), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05 to P < 0.01).After 12 and 24 weeks of intervention, the functional training compliance scores of both groups of patients decreased compared to before intervention (P < 0.05), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05 to P < 0.01).
      ConclusionsInterventions using authorized education based on information platform for elderly patients with cerebral infarction can help improve patients' self-efficacy and develop healthy self-management behaviors, which can effectively slow down the decline of patients' functional training compliance and thus improve their quality of survival.
