    完全神经内镜下微血管减压术治疗原发性三叉神经痛的疗效观察

    Clinical observation of complete neuroendoscopic microvascular decompression in the treatment of idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia

      目的探讨完全神经内镜下微血管减压术治疗原发性三叉神经痛的效果。
      方法回顾性分析60例原发性三叉神经痛病人资料,按治疗方法分为观察组与对照组,各30例。观察组采用完全神经内镜下血管减压术治疗,对照组采用传统显微镜下血管减压术治疗,各30例。比较2组的临床治疗效果。
      结果观察组病人总有效率高于对照组(P < 0.05);观察组与对照组责任血管发现率差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);2组病人术后并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。
      结论完全神经内镜下血管减压术治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床效果显著,责任血管发现率高,手术成功率高。

       

      Abstract:
      ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of complete neuroendoscopic microvascular decompression in the treatment of idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia.
      MethodsA total of 60 patients with idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia were retrospectively analyzed and divided into observation group and control group according to the treatment methods, 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with complete neuroendoscopic microvascular decompression, and the control group was treated with traditional microscopic vascular decompression.The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.
      ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05);there was a statistically significant difference in the detection rate of responsible vessels between two groups (P < 0.05);there was no significant difference in postoperative complications between the two groups (P>0.05).
      ConclusionsThe clinical effect of complete neuroendoscopic microvascular decompression in the treatment of idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia is significant, which has a high rate of discovery of responsible vessels, and improve the success rate of surgery.
