    神经功能重建治疗系统联合镜像疗法对脑卒中病人上肢功能的影响

    Effect of nerve function reconstruction therapy system combined with mirror therapy on the upper limb function of stroke patients

    • 摘要:
      目的 探讨神经功能重建治疗系统联合镜像疗法对脑卒中病人上肢功能的影响。
      方法 80例脑卒中病人随机分为2组,观察组40例采用镜像疗法+神经功能重建治疗系统进行干预+常规康复训练,对照组采用神经功能重建治疗系统进行干预+常规康复训练。比较2组干预前后神经功能、上肢功能、上肢表面肌电图(sEMG)肌电测试结果。
      结果 干预后2组临床神经功能缺损程度评分相较于干预前均有所下降(P < 0.01),且观察组下降差异有统计学意义(P < 0.01);干预后2组Fugl-Meyer运动功能评估量表以及手臂动作测试评分法评分相较于干预前均有所上升(P < 0.01),且观察组上升差异有统计学意义(P < 0.01);干预后2组上肢sEMG肌电测试结果相较于干预前均有所上升(P < 0.01),且观察组上升差异有统计学意义(P < 0.01)。
      结论 镜像疗法联合神经功能重建治疗系统可有效改善脑卒中病人的神经功能、上肢功能,促进上肢肌群恢复,值得临床推广。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To investigate the effects of nerve function reconstruction therapy system combined with mirror therapy on the upper limb function in stroke patients.
      Methods A total of 80 stroke patients were randomly divided into the observation group(mirror therapy, nerve function reconstruction treatment system intervention and routine rehabilitation training, 40 cases) and control group(nerve function reconstruction treatment system intervention and routine rehabilitation training, 40 cases).The neurological function, upper extremity function and sEMG test results in two grousp were compared between before and after intervention.
      Results After intervention, the clinical neurological impairment score in two groups decreased compared with that before intervention(P < 0.01), and the difference of the decreasing degree of which in the observation group was statistically significant(P < 0.01).After intervention, the Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment scale and arm movement test scores in two groups increased compared with those before intervention(P < 0.01), and the differences of the decreasing degrees of which in the observation group was statistically significant(P < 0.01).After intervention, the sEMG test results of upper limbs in two groups increased compared with those before intervention(P < 0.01), and the difference of the decreasing degree of which in the observation group was statistically significant(P < 0.01).
      Conclusions Mirror therapy combined with nerve function reconstruction therapy system can effectively improve the nerve function and upper limb function of stroke patients, and promote the recovery of upper limb muscle group, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
