    跨学科育人模式在护理研究生科研创新能力培养中的应用效果

    Application effects of interdisciplinary education model in the cultivation of research innovation ability of nursing graduate students

    • 摘要:
      目的  研究跨学科育人模式在护理研究生科研创新能力培养中的应用效果。
      方法  以蚌埠医科大学2020-2022级护理研究生为研究对象,干预组实施跨学科育人模式(自愿原则),对照组采用传统教育模式。干预组使用整群抽样,对照组依据年级、学位类型、性别和研究方向进行1∶1匹配,干预结束后比较2组研究生的科研意识和科研创新能力。
      结果  干预组研究生在科研意识的总得分明显高于对照组(P < 0.01),其中2组学生在“提出问题意识”“怀疑意识”两维度得分上差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在“发现问题意识”“论证问题价值意识”“探究问题意识”“创新意识”4个维度得分均高于对照组(P < 0.01);干预组研究生的科研创新能力总分及其3个维度(“思维创新”“方法创新”“应用创新”)均优于对照组(P < 0.05~P < 0.01),且科研创新成果产出得分亦高于对照组(P < 0.05)。
      结论  跨学科育人模式能显著提高护理研究生的科研意识及科研创新能力。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective  To evaluate the application effects of interdisciplinary educational model in the cultivation of research innovation ability of nursing graduate students.
      Methods  The nursing graduate students from grade 2020 to grade 2022 in Bengbu Medical University were selected as study subjects.The interdisciplinary education model(voluntary principle) was adopted in the intervention group, while the traditional education model was adopted in the control group.The cluster sampling was used in the intervention group, and the control group was matched by 1∶1 according to the grade, degree type, gender and research direction.After the intervention, the scientific research consciousness and scientific research innovation ability were compared between two groups.
      Results  The total score of research consciousness in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.01), and there was not statistical significance in the dimension scores of "awareness to ask questions" and "awareness to doubt" between two groups(P>0.05).The scores of "finding problem consciousness", "demonstrating problem value consciousness", "exploring problem consciousness" and "innovation consciousness" in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.01).The total score of research innovation ability and its three dimensions("thinking innovation", "method innovation" and "application innovation") in the intervention group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05 to P < 0.01), and the score of research innovation achievements output in the intervention group was also higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).
      Conclusions  The interdisciplinary education model can significantly improve the research consciousness and research innovation ability of nursing postgraduates.
