    新医科背景下专创融合在临床分子生物学检验技术教学中的应用研究

    Study on the application value of specialization and innovation integration in the clinical molecular biology laboratory technology teaching under the background of new medical science

    • 摘要:
      目的  探索新医科背景下专创融合在临床分子生物学检验技术教学中的应用价值。
      方法  将蚌埠医科大学2020级医学检验技术专业学生作为观察组(n=86),在专业课程教学中加强学生创新教育;2019级医学检验技术专业学生作为对照组(n=111),采用传统教学法。2组学生课程结束后采用自编专创融合培育效果问卷进行调查比较。
      结果  观察组学生的总体评价、学习主动性、知识获取能力、知识内化能力、批判性思维能力、创新能力、问题解决能力、团队合作能力和表达能力等均明显高于对照组(P < 0.05~P < 0.01)。观察组学生的满意度明显高于对照组(P < 0.05)。
      结论  专业教学中加强创新教育有助于学生自主学习能力、科研思维、团队合作能力等培养,提升临床分子生物学检验课程教学质量。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective  To explore the application value of specialization and innovation integration in the clinical molecular biology laboratory technology teaching under the background of new medical science.
      Methods  Eighty-six grade 2020 students majoring in medical laboratory technology from Bengbu Medical University were selected as the observation group, and the innovation education was strengthened in the teaching of professional courses.Students majoring in medical laboratory technology from grade 2019 were selected as the control group(n=111), and the traditional teaching method was used.After the end of the course, two groups were investigated and compared using the self-designed questionnaire on the effect of integration and cultivation.
      Results  The survey questionnaire results showed that the overall evaluation, learning initiative, knowledge acquisition ability, knowledge internalization ability, critical thinking ability, innovation ability, solving problem ability, teamwork ability and expression ability in the observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P < 0.05 to P < 0.01).The satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).
      Conclusions  Strengthening innovation education in professional teaching can help cultivate students' self-learning ability, scientific research thinking and team-work ability, and improve the quality of clinical molecular biology laboratory teaching.
