两孔法腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张76例分析

Treatment of varicocele by laparoscopy high ligation with two-trocars:analysis of 76 cases

摘要: 目的:观察两孔法腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张的效果。方法:对76例精索静脉曲张患者采用两孔法腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术治疗。结果:76例均获成功。单侧手术6~20 min;术后住院3~5天;随访1~12个月,无睾丸萎缩及术后复发。结论:两孔法腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张安全有效,对复发或双侧精索静脉曲张患者更有价值。

Abstract: Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of laparoscopy high ligation with two-trocars on varicocele.Methods:Seventy-six patients with varicocele were treated by laparoscopy high ligation with two-trocars.Results:The operation was successful in all the cases.The operation time was 6-20 min,and the hospital stay was 3-5 days.During the follow-up of 1 to 12 months,no testicular atrophy or recurrence was observed.Conclusions:The procedure of laparoscopy high ligation with two-trocars is safe and effective for treatment of patients with varicocele,especially for those with recurrent or bilateral varicocele.
