Cause analysis of 108 cases with fever of unknown origin

摘要: 目的:探讨不明原因发热(FUO)的病因。方法:对符合FUO诊断标准的108例病因作回顾性分析。结果:108例中97例确诊,确诊率89.8%。病因为感染性疾病58例,其中结核病19例;结缔组织病-炎性血管性疾病18例,其中成人Still病7例;肿瘤性疾病16例,其中淋巴瘤6例;其他疾病5例。结论:感染性疾病是FUO患者的主要病因,结核病是主要病种。结缔组织病-炎性血管性疾病和肿瘤性疾病是FUO常见病因。

Abstract: Objective:To investigate the causes of fever of unknown origin (FUO).Methods:The clinical data of 108 cases fulfilled the criteria of FUO were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital.Results:The diagnosis of FUO was clarified in 97 cases out of all 108 cases.The causes were as follows:Fifty-eight cases were suffered from infectious diseases,in which,tuberculosis was 19 cases.Eighteen cases were suffered from connective tissue diseases,in which,adult Stills disease was 7 cases.Sixteen cases were suffered from tumors,in which,lymphoma was 6 cases.Other causes were found in 5 cases.Conclusions:Infectious diseases,especially tuberculosis,are the most common causes of FUO.Connective tissue diseases and tumors are other major causes.
