    大学生人际交往能力及相关影响因素分析

    Factors affecting the interpersonal communication ability of college students

    • 摘要: 目的:调查大学生人际交往能力状况,分析其相关影响因素。方法:采用大学生人际交往能力问卷、艾森克人格问卷及自行设计的一般情况调查表对1 430名在校大学生进行调查。结果:性别、是否独生子女、是否担任过学生干部、生源地、学习成绩、与父母亲关系及家庭收入对学生的人际交往能力均有一定的影响(P0.05~P0.01)。大学生人际交往能力各因子与内外倾向均呈正相关关系(P0.01),与神经质和精神质均呈负相关关系(P0.01)。多元线性回归分析显示,影响人际交往能力的主要因素有内外倾向、神经质、精神质、性别、是否担任过学生干部、与父亲关系、家庭收入。结论:大学生人际交往能力与自身、家庭、学校等多方面因素有关。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To survey the interpersonal communication ability of college students and to analyze the related factors. Methods:One thousand four hundred and thirty college students were investigated by College Students Interpersonal Communication Ability Questionnaire,Eysenck Personality Questionnaire and a self-designed questionnaire. Results:The gender,whether or not being the only child in the family,whether or not having been a student cadre,birthplace,academic performance,relation with the parents and family income all affected the interpersonal communication ability of college students(P 0. 05 - P 0. 01). The interpersonal communication ability of college students was positively correlated with extraversion (P 0. 01),and negatively correlated with psychoticism and neuroticism(P 0. 01). Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that the main influential factors for college students' interpersonal communication ability were extraversion,psychoticism,neuroticism,gender,whether or not having been a student cadre,relation with the father and the family income. Conclusions:The interpersonal communication ability of college students is affected by factors concerning their own disposition,the family and the school.
