The effect of transurethal resection of prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia of 134 cases

摘要: 目的：探讨经尿道前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生(BPH)的疗效。方法：对134例经尿道前列腺电切术治疗的BPH患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：134例术后均痊愈，术后随访3个月，国际前列腺症状评分、最大尿流率、生活质量评分及膀胱残余尿量均较术前有明显改善(P0.01)，疗效满意，未出现严重并发症。结论：经尿道前列腺电切术治疗 BPH是一种安全有效的方法。

Abstract: Objective:To investigate the effects of transurethal resection of postate(TURP) in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods:The clinical data of 134 patients with BPH treated with TURP were retrospectively analyzed.Results:All patients were followed up for 3 months,and cured.The international prostate symptom score,maximum flow rate,life quality score and residual urine volume were significantly improved after operation(P0.01).The curative effect is good,and no serious complication was found.Conclusions:The TURP treating BPH is an effective and safe means.
