高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤98例分析

High intensity focused ultrasound in treatment of uterine fibroids 98 cases analysis

摘要: 目的：观察高强聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效。方法：选择不愿接受手术切除的98例子宫肌瘤患者，在实时超声监视定位下进行HIFU治疗，治疗后定期随访观察患者的临床疗效。结果：随访12个月后，98例中显效76例(77.6%),有效8例(8.2%),部分有效7例(7.1%),无效16例(7.1%)。不同大小的子宫肌瘤的疗效差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论：HIFU治疗子宫肌瘤效果较好且微创。

Abstract: Objective: To observe the curative effect of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods: selection is not willing to accept 98 patients with myoma of uterus operation excision, for treatment of HIFU in real-time ultrasound monitoring, regular follow-up after treatment in patients with clinical efficacy.Results: after 12 months of follow-up, 98 cases in 76 cases markedly effective (77.6%), effective in 8 cases (8.2%), effective in 7 cases (7.1%), invalid 16 cases (7.1%). There was statistically significant difference effect of different size of uterine leiomyoma (P0.01).Conclusions:the treatment of uterine fibroids :HIFU effective and minimally invasive.
