镍钛形状记忆合金聚髌器在90例髌骨骨折中的应用

Application of nickel TiNi shape memory alloy patellar concentrator to patients with patella fracture:a report of 90 cases

摘要: 目的：观察镍钛形状记忆合金聚髌器治疗髌骨骨折的疗效。方法：对90例采用镍钛聚髌器治疗的髌骨骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：采用陆氏评定标准，优82例，良6例，可2例。结论：镍钛形状记忆合金聚髌器是治疗髌骨骨折较理想的方法。

Abstract: Objective:To observe the effect of nickel TiNi shape memory alloy patellar concentrator in treating patella fractures.Methods:The clinical data of 90 cases of patellar fracture treated by using the nickel TiNi patellar concentrator were analyzed retrospectively.Results:According to the luks evaluation standards,the effect was excellent in 82 cases,good in 6 cases and fair in 2 cases.Conclusions:The nickel TiNi patellar concentrator is an ideal procedure for patellar fracture.
