    某校高职护理专业学生个性品质现状调查

    Investigation of personality quality in higher vocational nursing students of a school

    • 摘要: 目的:了解某校高职护理专业学生个性品质现状,分析与护士角色人格要素特质的差距,改进学校教育,提升学生社会适应能力。方法:使用质与量相结合的研究方法,采取答题的方式对200名高职护理专业一年级学生进行个性品质现状调查,分析学生学习动机与兴趣、专业能力的自我认知、性格倾向、情感态度、沟通能力和仪表礼仪等状况。结果:82.5%的高职护理专业学生能准确或较好沟通,58.8%自制力和学习能力较强,43.9%对将来的职业有一定认同感;但55.6%的学生情绪调节与自控能力不强,54.0%对专业的兴趣不浓,35.4%同情心和奉献精神不足。结论:高职护理专业学生的个性品质与护士角色人格要素之间存在一定差距,学校应关注高职护理专业学生良好个性品质的塑造,激发学习兴趣,增强意志力和自信心,培养社会责任感,促进全面发展。

       

      Abstract: Objective: understand the status of higher vocational nursing students personality quality of a school, analysis and nurse elements of role personality gap, improving school education, improve students' ability of social adaptation.Method: the research method used in qualitative and quantitative way to answer, personality and quality present situation investigation to the first grade 200 students of nursing specialty in higher vocational colleges, analysis of the students' learning motivation and interest, the professional ability of self cognition, personality, emotion and attitude, communication ability and instrument etiquette situation. Higher vocational nursing students Results:82.5% can accurately or good communication, 58.8% self-control and strong learning ability, the 43.9% have a certain identity for the future occupation; but 55.6% of the students' emotion regulation and control ability is not strong, 54% of professional interest is not strong, 35.4% with compassion and devotion shortage.Conclusion: there is a certain gap between personality traits and the nurse role personality factors of higher vocational nursing students, schools should pay attention to build the higher vocational nursing students good individuality quality, stimulate interest in learning, strengthen willpower and self-confidence, cultivate a sense of social responsibility, and promote the all-round development.
