    不同年龄段功能性室性期前收缩患儿心率变异性的观察

    Observation of heart rate variability in functional ventricular premature beat children of different ages

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨各年龄段功能性室性期前收缩患儿心率变异性(HRV)的临床意义。方法:将102例2个月至11岁频发室性期前收缩患儿按年龄段分为婴幼儿组、学龄前组、学龄组,并行24 h动态心电图监测,对其HRV的变化进行分析。结果:学龄前组和学龄组的相邻R-R间期差值50 ms的百分数、全部正常窦性R-R间期标准差、全部相邻R-R间期差值的均方根、计算24 h连续5 min一段的正常R-R间期标准差的平均数和相邻R-R间期差值的标准差均高于婴幼儿组(P0.05~P0.01);学龄组与学龄前组相邻R-R间期差值50 ms的百分数差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:小儿自主神经系统发育随年龄增长日趋完善,室性期前收缩与其自主神经功能状态及功能失衡密切相关。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To explore the clinical significance of heart rate variability in functional ventricular premature beat children of different ages.Methods:A total of 102 children with functional ventricular premature beat was randomly divided into three groups according to their ages:infant group,preschool group and school-age group.The HRV time domain value was measured in all the children with 24 dynamic electrocardiograms and the results were analyzed.Results:The percentage of differences exceeding 50 ms in the adjacent normal number of intervals,standard deviation of nn intervals,rMSSD,SDANN and SDSD were significantly higher in the preschool children group and school-age group than those in the infant group(P0.01).The PNN50,rMSSD and SDSD were significantly different between the preschool children group and the school-age group(P0.05).Conclusions:The autonomic nervous system of children will develop with the age;ventricular premature beat is closely related with the autonomic nervous function status and imbalances.
