    Progress in the endoplasmic reticulum stress and autophagy signaling pathway

    • 摘要: 真核细胞通过凋亡途径以应对内质网中未折叠蛋白的累积。目前,有数据证明内质网应激也是自噬的诱导因素,真核细胞循环利用大分子和细胞器,自噬平衡内质网应激诱导的内质网膨胀,促使细胞存活。

       

      Abstract: Eukaryotic cells by apoptosis in response to accumulation of unfolded proteins in the endoplasmic reticulum. At present, there is data to prove that the induced factors of endoplasmic reticulum stress and autophagy, recycling of macromolecules and organelles of eukaryotic cells, autophagy balance of endoplasmic reticulum stress induced endoplasmic reticulum expansion, promote cell survival.
