小儿气管支气管异物45例临床救治体会

Removal of foreign bodies in the tracheobronchi of children: A report of 45 cases

摘要: 目的: 探讨儿童气管支气管异物的诊断与治疗。方法: 对45例儿童气管、支气管异物的诊断与取出病例进行回顾分析。结果: 成功取出笔帽、塑料口哨、瓜子等异物41例,术前自行咳出4例。结论: 小儿气管支气管异物救治成功的关键是及时明确诊断、尽早手术、充分的术前准备及正确手术方法。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and removal of tracheobronchial foreign bodies in children.Methods: The diagnosis and removal of tracheobronchial foreign bodies in 45 children were reviewed and analysed.Results: Some foreign bodies such as pen-caps,plastic whistles,melon seeds and others were successfully removed in 41 cases;pre-operative expectoration occurred in 4 cases.Conclusions: Early diagnosis and removal of the foreign bodies,fully pre-operative preparation,and suitable ways of operation are the key to success.
