    高效液相色谱法测定复方茵黄解毒汤中咖啡酸和阿魏酸的含量

    Determination of the content of caffeic acid and ferulic acid in compound decoction of Yinchenhao and Huanglianjiedu by high performance liquid chromatography

    • 摘要: 目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定复方茵黄解毒汤中咖啡酸和阿魏酸含量的方法。方法:Hypersil BDS C18分析柱(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm),流动相为甲醇-0.01 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(磷酸调pH为3.7),检测波长323 nm。结果:复方茵黄解毒汤中咖啡酸和阿魏酸浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,线性范围分别是:咖啡酸8~40μg/ml(r=0.999 7,P<0.01);阿魏酸8~40μg/ml(r=0.999 7,P<0.01)。平均回收率分别为咖啡酸99.29%,RSD0.81%;阿魏酸99.38%,RSD0.65%。结论:高效液相色谱法测定复方茵黄解毒汤中咖啡酸和阿魏酸含量的方法操作简便、快捷,结果准确。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for the determination of caffeic acid in compound decoction of Yinchenhao and Huanglianjiedu(CDYH).Methods: HPLC was used with Hypersil BDS C18(5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm) and the methanolu potassium dihydrogen phosphate(pH=3.7) asmobile phase in gradientmode.The UV detective wave length was at 323 nm.Results: There was a good linear relationship within the concentration range of 8-40 μg/ml in caffeic acid and ferulic acid in CDYH(r=0.999 7,P<0.01).The average recoveries of caffeic acid and ferulic acid were 99.29%,RSD=0.81% and 99.38%,RSD=0.65%.Conclusions: This method is simple,rapid and accurative.
