    Application of needle biopsy guided by full-field digital mammography in nonpalpable breast lesion

    • 摘要: 目的: 探讨全数字化乳腺X线引导下细针定位技术对亚临床乳腺病变的应用价值。方法: 收集经病理证实的亚临床乳腺病变43例,术前均采用全数字化乳腺X线引导下细针定位,摄头尾位及侧位片明确定位针与病灶的位置关系。结果: 43例中41例1次定位成功,2例2次定位成功,43例手术均准确切除病灶;43例病灶,X线显示单纯钙化23例,单纯小结节10例,小结节伴钙化6例,伴或不伴钙化的结构扭曲2例,局灶致密影2例。结论: 全数字化乳腺X线引导下细针术前定位技术对乳腺亚临床病变的定性诊断及指导手术有重要的价值,是一种简便、快捷和准确的定位方法。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To explore the clinical application of full-field digital mammography guided needle localization biopsy in nonpaloable breast lesion. Methods: Froty-three cases were proved by surgery and pathology. All cases were performed with full-field digital mammography guided needle localization biopsy with routine method before surgery. Craniocaudal view and midiolateral view were conducted to show localization of needle. Results: Among Froty-three cases,they were punctured successfully only one time,3 cases two times,23 cases had calcifications,10 cases showed small nodules with calcifications,6 cases showed small nodules,2 cases occurred focal architecture distortion with or without calcifications,2 cases demonstrated small focus of increased density,Conclusions: Full-field digital mammography guided needle localization biopsy is a simple,quick and accurate technique. It has important value in nonpaloable breast lesion and operation.
