糖尿病酮症酸中毒合并肾功能损害18例分析

Analysis of 18 diabetic ketoacidosis with renal function impairment

摘要: 目的:探讨糖尿病酮症酸中毒(dibetic ketoacidosis,DKA)合并肾功能损害的临床特点及治疗方法。方法:对其诱因、血糖、血酮体、pH、白细胞、血肌酐、尿素氮等多项指标作回顾性临床分析。结果:肾功能完全恢复13例,未完全恢复5例,其中1例放弃治疗,无死亡病例。结论:DKA并肾功能损害大多为一过性,与脱水、酸中毒、微循环障碍有关,部分肾功能损害不能完全恢复为糖尿病肾病。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical trait and the treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis inpatients with renal function impairment.Methods: The indexes such as inducement,blood sugar,blood ketone bodies,pH,white blood cell,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen were analyzed retrospectively.Results: Renal function of 13 cases regained health completely.Renal function of 5 cases regained health partly.One case gave up the treatment.No died case.Conclusions: Renal function impairment of diabetic ketoacidosis inpatients mostly was transitory,which was connected with dehydration,acidosis,micro-cirulation disturbance.Partly renal function impairment cases which could not regain health completely were diabetic nephropathy.
