乳健安胶囊治疗乳腺增生病的实验研究

Experimental study of the therapeutic effect of Rujianan capsule on hyperplasia of mammary gland

摘要: 目的: 观察乳健安胶囊对实验性大鼠乳腺增生病的治疗作用。方法: 复制动物乳腺增生模型,灌乳健安,观察功能学、组织细胞学变化和性激素水平变化。结果: 乳健安胶囊明显改善大鼠乳腺组织增生性病理形态学变化,其主要表现为明显减少乳腺小叶数和腺泡数,显著减小乳腺体积、腺泡腔直径及乳房直径。同时显著降低血清雌二醇水平和血清孕酮水平(P<0.01)。结论: 乳健安治疗乳腺增生病效果显著。

Abstract: Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of Rujianan capsule(RJAC) on mammary hyperplasia in rats.Methods: RJAC,a traditional Chinese medicine,was given to hyperplasia model of rats by per oral.The changes of mammary histocytes,function and sex hormone were observed.Results: RJAC can mend hyperplastic pathologic changes.It can reduce the volume and diameter of mammary gland,the number of breast leaflets and acini.The serum estrogen(E₂) level and the serum progesterone(P) level were decreased(P<0.01).Conclusions: RJAC is effective in treatment of hyperplasia of mammary gland.
