    慢性荨麻疹过敏原体内外检测

    The relativity of in vitro and in vivo examinations of allergen in chronic urticaria

    • 摘要: 目的: 探讨过敏原体内外检测在慢性荨麻疹患者的病因学方面的应用。方法: 对1 335例慢性荨麻疹患者做体内(皮试法)过敏原测定,对其中254例同时做体外过敏原测定(血清特异性IgE、sIgE)。结果: 皮试过敏原阳性率为78.8%(1 052/1 335),最常见的吸入性过敏原为尘螨、室内尘土、多价霉菌I、夏秋花粉等。最常见的食入性过敏原为虾、芝麻、西红柿、姜。血清特异性IgE阳性率为65.7%(167/254);最常见的吸入性过敏原为屋尘螨、特异青霉菌、烟曲霉、艾蒿花粉等;最常见的食入性过敏原为虾、西红柿等。结论: 淮北及周边地区慢性荨麻疹患者的吸入过敏原以尘螨、霉菌、夏秋花粉为主;食入性过敏原以虾、芝麻、西红柿为主。体内外检测符合率高。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To explore the relativity of in vitro and in vivo examinations of the allergen was performed in etiology of the chronic urticaria.Methods: In vivo examination of the allergen(the skin test) in 1 335 patients of chronic urticaria.In vitro examination of the allergen(serum specific IgE) was performed in 254 patients at the same time.Results: The positive rate of skin test was 78.8%(1 052/1 335).The most common allergen in inhalation were the dermatophagoides pteronyssinus,dust mites,polyvalent fungs I and pollen of summer and autumn.The most common allergen of food group are shrimp,sesame,tomato,ginger.The positive rate of serum specific IgE 65.7%(167/254).The most common allergen in inhalation were the dermatophagoides pteronyssinus,penicillium notatum,aspergillus fumigatus,and mugwort pollen.The most common allergen of food group were the shrimp,tomato.Conclusions: The most common allergen with chronic urticaria in Huaibei are dermatophagoides pteronyssinus,penicillium notatum,aspergillus fumigatus,and mugwort pollen,shrimp,tomato.The match ratio of in vitro and in vivo examinations of the allergen is high.
