心理干预在高龄骨折患者康复治疗中的应用

摘要

摘要: 目的:观察心理干预在骨折患者康复治疗的临床应用效果,促进术后日常生活自理能力恢复。方法:将80例髋部骨折患者随机分为心理康复组和对照组各40例。2组手术前准备、术中和术后康复治疗相同。心理康复组针对骨折患者的抑郁和焦虑情绪,增加包括心理关怀、心理疏导和心理暗示等心理康复治疗项目,分四个阶段进行。结果:心理康复组患者焦虑情绪的缓解程度较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后4个月日常生活自理能力改良Barthel指数评分也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心理康复治疗方案可缓解骨折患者的抑郁和焦虑情绪,对术后日常生活自理能力恢复有明显的促进作用。

Abstract: Objective:To assess the effect of psychological intervene on anxiety and activities of daily living (ADL) for the patients suffering from facture.Methods:It was a randomized controlled trial.Eighty patients with hip facture,aged above 80 years old,were randomized to receive psychological rehabilitation or not in addition to the same preoperative preparative,operation and postoperative rehabilitation.Results:The anxiety in psychological rehabilitation group is significantly improved than control group (P<0.05).Significantly greater gains were seen in Barthel Index of ADL for the psychological rehabilitation group 4 months after operation (P<0.05).Conclusions:Data suggest that peri-operative psychotherapy benefits postoperative anxiety and ADL for the patients suffering from fracture.
