自体血清皮肤试验在慢性荨麻疹中的应用评价

Autologous serum skin test in chronic urticaria

摘要: 目的: 评价自体血清皮肤试验在慢性荨麻疹中的临床应用价值。方法: 采用自体血清皮肤试验,对121例慢性荨麻疹患者和16名健康对照者进行检验。结果: 121例慢性荨麻疹患者自体血清皮肤试验有41例阳性,阳性率为33.9%,而健康对照组全部阴性,两组间阳性率差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论: 在慢性荨麻疹患者血清是否存在自身抗体的初筛检查中,自体血清皮肤试验具有临床实际应用价值。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of autologous serum skin test(ASST) in chronic urticaria.Methods: ASST was performed in 121 patients with chronic urticaria and 16 healthy control subjects.Results: ASST was positive in 41 out of 121 patients with chronic urticaria and the positive rate was 33.9%,while it was negative in all the healthy controls.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions: ASST is of great value in serum autoantibodies screening of the patients with chronic urticaria.
