    Effect of sample storage time on automatic blood cell analysis

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨室温下正常及病理水平血标本存放时间对全自动血细胞分析检测结果的影响。方法:选取40名体检健康人员(对照组)以及20例血液疾病患者(血液病组)血标本,在20 min内检测,然后分别测定室温(25±0.5)℃放置8、9、10、11、12和24 h血细胞参数值。以20 min内测定结果为对照,所有时间点测定结果与之比较。结果:血小板(PLT)、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞和嗜碱性粒细胞变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各测定值与对照组相比,PLT呈下降趋势,11 h后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),24 h时降低明显;对照组血标本检测结果中,WBC分类变化显著,表现为中性粒细胞比例降低,淋巴细胞比例及单核细胞比例升高(P<0.05);血液病组血液标本检测结果中,RBC、PLT均出现明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:应用全自动血细胞分析仪检测室温放置10 h内标本,重复性较好,结果可靠,可为临床样本检测、复查核对,提高分析前质量控制提供科学依据。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To investigate the effect of blood storage time on the results of automatic blood cell analyzer for normal and pathological specimens at room temperature. Methods:The blood samples of 40 healthy persons and 20 hematologic patients were collected to be analyzed in 20 minutes. Then,the remnant blood samples were analyzed respectively after being stored for 8,9,10,11,12 and 24 hours at room temperature(25±0.5)℃,and the results were compared with thats in 20 minutes as controls. Results:The result of platelet in 40 blood samples were decreased obviously at 11th hour,and had significant differences with controls(P<0.05). At 24th hour,the percentage of neutrophils was decreased while the ratio of lymphocytes and monocytes was increased obviously(P<0.05). The results of red blood cells and platelet from pathological specimens were significantly lower than controls(P<0.05). Conclusions:The repeatability and the level of preanalytical quality control could be enhanced when the samples were analyzed within 10 hours at room temperature.
