    Relationship between the changes of Platelet parameters and vascular pathological changes of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

    • 摘要: 目的:研究血小板计数(BPC)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板体积分布宽度(PDW)和血小板比积(PCT)的变化与2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血管性病变的关系。方法:采用全自动血细胞分析仪,分别对120例T2DM患者和80名健康对照者BPC、MPV、PDW、PCT进行测定,同时利用全自动生化分析仪检测其空腹血糖水平(FPG)。结果:糖尿病组与健康对照组相比,FDG水平显著增高(P<0.01);BPC减低(P<0.01);MPV、PDW显著增高(P<0.01);PCT测定值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。糖尿病有血管病变组与无血管病变组相比,FDG水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但有血管病变组BPC比无血管病变组减少(P<0.01),而MPV和PDW均显著高于无血管病变组(P<0.01);PCT测定值2组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:动态检测BPC和MPV、PDW对监测T2DM患者是否发生血管病变有一定价值。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To research the relationship between the platelet parameters including the changes of BPC,MPV,PDW,PCT and the vascular pathological changes of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).Methods:The BPC,MPV,PDW and PCT were measured by the automatic blood cell analyzer in 120 patients with T2DM and 80 healthy people and the FPG was studied by the automatic biochemistry analyzer.Results:In contrast to healthy team,the level of FPG was higher (P<0.01),BPC was lower (P<0.01),MPV and PDW were higher (P<0.01),but PCT was no statistical difference (P>0.05) in T2DM team.To contrast every parameters between the vascular pathological changes team and non-vascular pathological changes team in patients with T2DM,FPG was no difference (P>0.05),but BPC in vascular pathological changes team was lower than the other one (P<0.01),MPV and PDW were higher than the other one (P<0.01),PCT was no difference (P>0.05).Conclusions:Dynamic monitoring BPC,MPV,and PDW changes had certain values to study the vascular pathological changes of T2DM.
