    Tissue microarray method to detect the expression of let-7b in breast cancer tissue and its significance

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨let-7b在乳腺癌组织中的表达。方法:建立组织微阵列,应用原位分子杂交检测80例人乳腺癌组织和22例乳腺良性病变组织中let-7b的表达。结果:乳腺癌组织中let-7b阳性率为35.0%,低于乳腺良性病变组织中的59.1%(P;0.05)。结论:let-7b低表达可以促进乳腺癌的发生、发展。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To investigate the expression of let-7b in breast cancer. Methods:Using tissue microarray platform and applying in situ molecular hybridization technique for detecting the expression of let-7b in 80 cases of human breast cancer,22 cases of benign breast disease. Results:The positive rates of let-7b was 35.0% in the breast cancer,it was lower than 59.1% in the benign breast disease(P0.05). Conclusions:Down-regulation of let-7b expression might play a role in the pathogenesis and progression of breast cancer.
