    64层螺旋CT诊断冠状动脉狭窄的价值

    • 摘要: 目的:评价64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像(64SCTCA)诊断冠状动脉狭窄的临床价值。方法:采用64SCTCA的最大密度投影、曲面重建及容积再现技术重组图像显示35例冠状动脉狭窄的患者冠状动脉主支及主要分支,并与X线冠状动脉成像(CCA)结果对照分析。结果:64SCTCA显示病变90支,其中85支得到CCA证实;7支64SCTCA诊断狭窄而CCA显示正常,另外2支CCA确诊的病变64SCTCA未能显示。2种检查方法诊断冠状动脉狭窄差异无统计学意义(P;0.05)。结论:64SCTCA检出冠状动脉狭窄有较高准确性,作为无创性检查方法,可用于冠心病的初步筛选。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To evaluate the clinical values of 64-slice computed tomography coronary angiography(64SCTCA) in contrast to conventional coronary angiography(CCA). Methods:Thirty-five patients with 64SCTCA detected coronary artery stenosis were,using volume representation,surface reconstruction,maximum density projection techniques restructuring image shows the coronary artery main branch and the main branches,and X-ray coronary artery imaging(CCA) compared with the results of the analysis. Results:64SCTCA showed 90 lesions.Of them,85 lesions were consisted with CCA,22 lesions falsely positive and 10 lesions were fond by CCA not picked up by 64-slice CTCA.There was no obvious difference in the discovery of CAD between 64SCTCA and CCA. Conclusions: 64SCTCA has high accuracy in detecting coronary artery stenoses,as a noninvasive method,it can be used for screening patients with coronary artery diseases.
