L-选择素在肝癌细胞株HepG2中的表达

Expression of L-selectin in HepG2 cell line of hepatocellular carcinoma

摘要: 目的：观察L-选择素在人正常肝细胞株(L-02)和人肝癌细胞株(HepG2)中的表达。方法：应用RT-PCR法检测肝癌细胞株HepG2、正常肝细胞株L-02中L-选择素mRNA表达情况；应用流式细胞术检测HepG2细胞、L-02细胞中L-选择素的蛋白表达。结果：L-选择素mRNA在HepG2细胞中有表达，而在正常肝细胞株L-02细胞中无表达；HepG2细胞L-选择素的表达量为(10.090.51)%，而在L-02细胞中则无表达。结论：L-选择素在HepG2细胞中有表达而在L-02细胞中不表达。

Abstract: To observe the expression of Lelectin in human hepatocellular caroinoma cell line(HepG2)and humannormal liver cell line(L-02). Methods:The gene mRNA and protein expression levels of Lelectin in HepG2 and L-02 were detectedby RTCR and flow cytometry respectively. Results: The mRNA expression of Lelectin gene was found in HepG2 cells but not in L-02 cells the protein expression of Lelectin in HepG2 cells was(10. 09士0. 51)%,but not in L-2 cells. Conclusions:In gene andprotein levels Lelectin can express in HepG2 but not in L-2
