    金匮护肝汤对四氯化碳引起小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用

    Protective effect of jinkuihugan decoction on acute CCl4 induced liver injury in mice

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨中药复方金匮护肝汤对四氯化碳(CCl4)引起小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:建立CCl4诱导的小鼠急性肝损伤模型;随机分为正常对照组、模型组、阳性对照组(联苯双酯)、金匮护肝汤低、中、高剂量组,每组8只。检测各组小鼠血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)的含量及肝组织匀浆中丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的变化。结果:金匮护肝汤中、高剂量给药组小鼠血清中的ALT、AST水平均明显低于模型组(P0.01);MDA含量均低于模型组,SOD含量均高于模型组(P0.05~P0.01)。结论:金匮补肝汤对CCl4引起的小鼠急性肝损伤具有保护作用。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To observe the protective effect of jinkuihugan decoction on CCl4-induced acute liver injury in mice.Methods:Acute CCl4-induced liver injury model in mice was established.The experimental animals were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,the positive control group(bifendatatum),jinkuihugan decoction at low,medium and high dose groups according to the body weight.The levels of serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),and malondialdehyde(MDA) content,superoxide dismutase(SOD) in liver,were determined.Results:The levels of serum ALT and AST of jinkuihugan decoction content at medium and high dose groups were significantly lower than in model group(P0.01),MDA content was significantly lower than in model group and SOD content was significantly higher than in model group(P0.05-P0.01).Conclusions:Jinkuibugan decoction has the protective effect on CCl4-induced acute liver injury in mice.
