彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓46例影像分析

The analysis of the diagnosis of lower limb vein thrombosis using color Doppler ultrasound

摘要: 目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓的声像表现。方法：采用彩色多普勒超声对46例下肢深静脉血栓患者进行检查，并提示客观的超声诊断。结果：急性血栓29例(63.04%)，亚急性血栓9例(19.56%)，慢性血栓机化8例(17.39%)；急性血栓回声呈均匀无回声或低回声，亚急性血栓回声稍增强，慢性血栓机化血栓回声更强，可见侧支循环形成。结论：彩色多普勒超声声像图能很好地显示下肢深静脉血栓，为临床提供可靠的诊断依据，且无创伤性。

Abstract: To explore the Audiovisual performance of color Dop ler ultrasound in the diagnosis of deep venousthrombosis. Methods:Fortyix cases with deep vein thrombosis were detected using Color Dop ler Uultrasound and made correc tdiagnosis. Results: Acute thrombosis in 29 cases subcute thrombosis in 9 cases and chronic thrombus organization in 8 cases weredetected.
